In Monitoring and Evaluation, we often need to explain ideas that are important but not always easy to communicate. Concepts such as theory of change, indicator design, baseline studies, data quality assessments, contribution analysis, or the use of AI in evaluation can quickly become difficult for non-technical audiences to follow.

That is where NotebookLM can be useful. Instead of spending hours researching, organizing notes, and drafting a script from scratch, you can use it to gather information, structure the key points, and generate a short video overview that makes your topic easier to understand.

Step 1: Open NotebookLM

Go to NotebookLM in your browser and sign in to your account.
